Engagement Manager – Greater China Region
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Overall accountability for the success of strategic healthcare systems projects at premier healthcare institutions across the Greater China Region.
· Ability to drive projects to successful completion through the effective management of resources, milestone-based timelines and most importantly, an innate ability to get things done
· Manage customer relationships and expectations at all levels of the organization, from C-level down
· Develop a systems delivery methodology for first version of enterprise healthcare software product
· Escalate customer issues when appropriate, track product feedback gathered during implementation, and champion customer needs with product team
· Assist with system implementation proposals during sales cycle
Ideal candidates will have the following knowledge, qualifications and experience:

Excellent knowledge and direct experience implementing hospital information systems (HIS) and clinical information systems (EMRs, CPOE)

Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, unstructured startup business environment but also apply project management discipline and rigor when needed

Passion for driving improvements in the healthcare systems environment and questioning the status quo

Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, dealing with all levels and functions within an organization

Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Technically savvy with respect to IT systems - e.g. knowledge of 2- and 3-tier architecture, interfaces, and system configuration

At least 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 6 years of managing strategic enterprise systems projects

Able to travel extensively as needed |
