1,CM-composite
   我的理解是ＣＭ由meaningful data fields组成，data fields中components间的分隔符^降为&.。而that since HL7 delimiters are not recursive, an HL7 data type containing components cannot be a subcomponent.是不是说含有component的hl7的数据类型不能做subcomponent ？
When this level of detail is needed, each component of the HL7 data type can be encoded as a separate subcomponent.该怎样理解？

2，CN-composite id and name

rce table 用来描述<ID number>,在User-defined Table 0297 – CN ID source中说   value没有被定义的值，针对这样的组分，如何确定其value?

3，HD-
hierarchic designator
      The basic definition of the HD is that it identifies an (administrative or system or application or other) entity that has responsibility for managing or assigning a defined set of instance identifiers
(such as placer or filler number, patient identifiers, provider identifiers, etc.)
        HD的基本作用是不是说用来识别能管理或制定一套instance identifiers（不知怎样理解）的实体？
       assigning authority与assigning facility该怎样区别？
     NAMESPACE  IDhl72.4说没有被定义的value,是不是说可按需要自行定义？

说实话，这部分我看过，但是没像楼主看得这么细，建议楼主买本中文版，对照着看，省时省力。

是的。
When this level of detail is needed, each component of the HL7 data type can be encoded as a separate subcomponent.
可理解为当该层次的详细情况被需要的时候，HL7的每一个组分都可以被代码为单独的子组分。
