Position Title: Project Leader
Division:
MD 药物输注部
Responsibilities:
-Manage and Involve in whole life cycle of Baxter and 3rd party joint project to customer. Provide project management as well as technical leadership;
-Plan, forecast Baxter project volume and time line and work with 3rd party & customer to deliver the project on time, on budget and Quality;
-Play Project Manager role from Baxter side to drive project delivery and report back to project PMO in regular basis;
-Keep track all project quality and setup necessary process to continuously improve project delivery quality;
-Responsible for regular vendor or 3rd party audit and performance tracking to ensure Baxter long term business strategy;
-Make sure MD project delivery to customer to achieve the planned business goals.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree with Computer science or related;
-5 years above experience of IT industry;
-Balanced application system and IT infrastructure knowledge, preferred experience in HIS,
Middleware as well as Network and wireless network;
-Strong understanding on MD business, hospital operation process;
-Rich experience in project management, preferred in-depth knowledge on project management;
-Communication skill and very good inter-personal skill;
-Good planning skills;
-Good informing skills;
-Good presentation skills.
