HL7 V3 RIM 2.01翻译

HL7 V3 RIM 已经到了2.01版了，好久没有看他了，应该再仔细看看了，所以决定翻译一下。今天我已经将第一部分翻译了，有兴趣的可以看看，最好谁能接着翻译完整。

今天看到动作（ACT）的定义时，说动作有如下：
(1) a clinical observation, (2) an assessment of health condition (such as problems and diagnoses), (3) healthcare goals, (4) treatment services (such as medication, surgery, physical and psychological therapy), (5) assisting, monitoring or attending, (6) training and education services to patients and their next of kin, (7) and notary services (such as advanced directives or living will), (8) editing and maintaining documents, and many others.
这里我对(3) healthcare goals和(7) and notary services (such as advanced directives or living will)两点不太理解，前者是不是指治疗目的？后者呢？难道是公证人服务？
特此请教！

据我的理解healthcare goals应该是和clinical path配合的，在以前的HL7 2.X中有支持面向问题和面向目标的两种记录数据的交换，翻译作为：健康目标或者保健目标比较好。
对于7的确是有点类似于公证人的服务，例如：当一个病人发生危机，性命不保的情况下，而当时只有医护人员在场，病人需要立下遗嘱，则医护人员需要作为法律上的见证人，记录遗嘱，在HL7 2.x的消息中还有传递遗嘱信息的字段。
