Please copy full of the ftp transfer engins\' error logs.
Which ftp client software are you use?
FlashGet/CuteFTP/CuteFTP Pro/IE/LeafFTP/

cuteftppro2.0 downloaded from miforum.net is used.
and operation system is Japanese win2k pro.
by the way,your cuteftppro3.2 has something wrong:
Extracting cuteftppro.exe
Unknown method in cuteftppro.exe
Extracting HB-cuteftppro32B7011-LDR.exe

I have downloded Rose from miforumftp.vicp.net.I can enter the directory 资料区,but I can\'t enter the subdirectory 资料区\\HL7,thouth "资料区" in cuteftppro I used is mess codes.
Maybe English directory name should be used.

我使用的是Flashget，所以都连不上。而且连download cuteFTP都连不上，呜呜~~

由于没有考虑到一些海外朋友使用的操作系统，我们在明年将统一使用英文的文件名或文件夹名称，已达到协调统一。
BTW:HB-cuteftppro32B7011-LDR.exe,is the Cracker for CuteFTP Pro 3.2 and with GB-Code Chinese Edition, So maybe it doesn\'t available in the Japanese OS.You can find the Cracker in Japanses or English Edition For CuteFTP Pro 3.2.
