理想的人选应该是
1)学IT的，能处理日常办公司所有的计算机网络和软件的维护工作
2)网页编程制作
3) 目标是往技术咨询方向发展,一半做技术，一般作销售支持
4）对新的技术感兴趣，但不局限于数据库。
5）勤奋好学，对人生有追求。

本次招聘的不是编程高手，也不是销售高手。而是一个支持，通过工作学习，日后成为科技项目经理。

最好是目前在上海工作的。

Job Summary:
30%         cache’ technology consulting/ prepare technical documentation/website programming
15%        office network, PC and software mainintance
40%   marketing/sales support
15%        other consulting support
Qualifications (specific to the job):
The post holder must be able to provide :
§        programming skills (essential), preferably Java, C++, Linux, dreamwaver
§        proven problem-solving skills (essential);
§        presentation skills (essential);
§        business analysis skills (essential);
§        good interpersonal and communication skills;
§        proven ongoing personal involvement with the design and coding of complex applications, preferably using rapid application development tools;
§        creative technological models and solutions generation;
§        proven project management skills;
§        ability to work successfully with the sales force.
§        The post-holder must also understand the business considerations of applications development, support and deployment.
§        Other skills that will be favourably considered include experience with EJB, COM, Active X, XML, HTML, SQL, middleware, database including tuning, operating systems such as VMS, Linux, NT/W2000 including internals, object oriented development.
