dicom通信的程序

我目前打算作dicom通信的程序，没有一点头绪，我不知该怎么办！请各位老大指点指点，谢谢

如果用delphi，我没办法，如果用c/c++，你可以试试dcmtk或者ucdmc，但是首先你要知道dicom是怎么回事情，dicom通讯是怎么回事情

to Mouse大侠，我是用Delphi的。我更改了ezDICOM的例子，可以实现图像的一些处理功能（先转化成BMP图像，放在内存中，在做图像处理）。
<br>目前由于需要，需要接受DICOM图像，所以必须写通信了，我把dcmtk已经编译通过了，我不太熟悉VC，对C++熟悉，我在PACS沙龙
<br>上看了 jayition说用dicomtk读取图像的可编译程序，可是不能下在，
<br>我想看看那个例子，再写通讯的，也许好一点。（因为我用D,看看那个例子我想会有点头绪）。

<p>if you want to learn, just read the code, it's not hard to understand, if you don't know what it means, study DICOM, and, if you just want a source code, just copy it.</p><p>at last, if you want a entirely OK thing, i can only say "sorry"</p>

<br>jayition&#039;s,because I use Delphi not  VC,and  I&#039;m not very  familiar with VC, I must study DCMTK,so  I want to a example,jayition&#039;s is read file,while I refer it to program the one  of  communication!
