1 中国在比例上来说是差了很多，但从资金利用效率上来看，也许更值得深入分析。

<br>2 如果我是院长，我会问你，IT怎么节省了？具体数量化的分析有么？
<br>我不是从反方的角度质问，而是从决策者角度提出这个问题，这也是国内HIT研究欠缺的地方。
<br>更进一步IT投资的收益并不能从简单的节省支出来分析。

2004年，在中国医疗卫生费用占GDP的5.63%，在经济合作发展组织国家平均为8%，发展中国家平均2%。

<br>据我所知，实行社会福利卫生制度的欧洲国家，特别是北欧，医疗卫生费用占GDP的6－8%。
<br>

<br>从这个角度看，欧洲的情况比美国好的多！以往，国内太多地向美国看齐了！！！

<br>应该是<b>“HIS一直宣称能节省医疗的支出”</b>

<br>在国内，由于体制的关系，医院最关心自己的经济效益。一个好的HIS，从整体看，并不一定能给医院带来很好的经济效益。
<br>

<br>我觉得，地区一体化信息系统，应该是以后HIS发展的方向！
<br>
