有关RT STRUCTURE SET STORAGE的问题！

请问一下RT STRUCTURE SET STORAGE和RT PLAN信息是以什么形式进行存储的？（是否是写到图像文件里一块发到服务器上）
这里有段话：
The PLATO DICOM RT Export module is part of the PLATO system and is able to transfer CT Images and RT Structure Set generated by PLATO to another Radiotherapy planning system or a record & verify system.
The PLATO Export module user interface allows the operator to select Images and Structure Set for export. If more than one destination is available, the operator may also select destination other than the default. On an export command from the operator the selected Images and Structure Set will be
converted to DICOM objects and sent to the selected destination.
