征集IHE的中文名称

在中国PACS领域里几乎看不到有关IHE(Integrating Healthcare Enterprise)的讨论或文章.我把它翻译成"集成医疗企业".请教中国朋友有何高见.

楼上两位的翻译太表面化了。我看“医疗信息系统集成”或者“医疗信息系统整合”是比较贴切的！

根本不需要翻译,就像DICOM一样，非要翻译干什么？

如果一定翻译，根据IHE定义的内容，我们觉得
是不是用“集成化的医院信息化环境“，这种翻译当然和直译有点区别，采用的是意译！觉得IHE都定义和优化医院各信息系统的集成运行的流程，所以这种翻译对于普通人来讲可能容易理解些：片面之言，不足以成器！

是啊是啊，IHE用的好好的，也没见谁把IEEE或者DICOM等硬翻译成中文的吧

IHE Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise. Begun in 1997 and sponsored by RSNA and HIMSS, IHE is an initiative that partners various healthcare associations, medical specialists, healthcare providers, administrators and information technology professionals to promote the goal of enterprise-wide medical information sharing. IHE emphasizes the integrated use of existing standards such as DICOM and HL7. Participating companies develop interfaces for their systems in accordance with a framework based on established data communications standards.

在某些场合（比如做市场销售时）还是需要用中文表达的，我觉得“整合医疗机构”或“一体化医疗机构”比较容易让销售对象理解。
