要求大致如下：
Proficiency in VC++, OOA/OOD, COM/DCOM, ATL and database programming
In-depth knowledge of DICOM , IHE and other healthcare information protocols.
Experience in system analysis and software development of PACS/RIS or medical image processing is a plus.
Management experience in radiology or IS department of hospital is a plus.
