其实消费者就是指patient
CAHPS的宗旨第一句话就是：Assess the patient-centeredness of care
而且2007的评估表格第一句话是: You should only fill out this survey if you were the patient during the hospital stay named in the cover letter. Do not fill out this survey if you were not the patient. 意思是你是这家医院的病人可以填这张表。 |
