请教大侠：如何从CDA文档中看它的level？

最近看Paullee大侠提供的资料，再次表示感谢！对于CDA Level，我有点入门，不知道这样理解对不，大伙有空帮我看看：

从一个具体的CDA xml文档是看不出来它的level的，应该从specification schema 入手，看是哪个specification schema （implementation guides ）规范了这个具体的cda xml instance。

而level概念是针对specification schema 的约束提出的，在specification schema 中有严于 CDA R2（level 1）的约束，约束到body级：level 2；约束到entry级：level 3。

大伙看看我的理解对不？谢谢大家！

我是这样想的：

level是针对specification schema而定义的。

一个CDA XML instance 定义了Entry，它对应的specification schema可能是level 3 ，因为specification schema 可能约束到Entry，但也可能它所对应的specification schema是level 2， 即specification schema只约束到body，这个 CDA XML instance “碰巧”有Entry，但它所对应的specification schema并没有对Entry进行约束。

我的观点是：cda level指的是specification schema对instance的约束。所以Paullee 大侠说“讨论CDA官网上的SampleCDADocument.xml 的level是没有意义的” 我认为：因为没有这个Sample 对应的specification Schema，不知道它是怎么约束的，虽然Sample 里有entry元素。

我的想法不一定对，希望大伙指正，和大伙一起探讨！谢谢大家！

      在网上specification schema 能下到吗？这个没找到啊？
      只找到了implementation guide ，是不是specification schema （.xsd 文件）不提供下载？

Usually implementation guides are expressed through a combination of  
-     A  textual  description  (a  word  document  or  PDF  defining  the  mandatory  and  optional elements of the document structure, vocabulary and data type constraints), and
-     One or more Schematron files or style-sheets allowing for software validation of a document instance.
