Job Title: Data Standardization Manager
Reporting To: Chief Operation Officer
Rank: M-D
Pre-tax Salary: 14,360 (with 5 social security contributions, housing fund and supplementary medical insurance)

Position Purpose
To manage standardization of health care data and to improve the quality of the data, with a purpose of DW content establishment and management then data cleansed usable for BI application of CMRRAS (Chinese Medical Record Retrieval and Analytic System)
Position Duties and Responsibilities
        To establish and lead the data division under the leadership of Chief Operation officer
        To plan, implement and evaluate the division work, prepare and submit the division work plan, budget quarterly, and review report to COO for approval, that includes planning and implementing capacity building  program for the division, such as attending international profession training, giving professional training to other staff, to assign division staff attending trainings benchmarked by the international standard
        To manage a substantive and pragmatic data standardization solution in according to the CMRRAS design, including establishing and managing standards, managing Data Standardization experts by working with DW and BI vendor(s), organize and deliver necessary trainings to experts
        To manage data quality control scheme based on identifying data quality problems and providing relevant solutions to facilitate data standardization and improve data quality by consultation with Data Quality experts
        To produce and publish relevant articles in international recognized professional publications, to attend international seminars
        Other tasks assigned
Position Requirements
Functional/Technical Skills
        Good knowledge in medicine and healthcare discipline
        Strong analytic skill
        Excellent Chinese and English writing and communication skill is a must
        Strong potential of leadership
        Experience in data management is preferable
Experience
        Minimum 3 years experiences with employment record in a prestigious healthcare informatics company, medical institute, life science institute, or academic institute in relevant field
Education/Vocational Training
        A recognised degree of medicine, public health, health care informatics
        Certificate or training programme received on project management is preferable
External Relationships
        Data standardization experts
        Data standards relevant institutions
        IT vendor(s)
Internal Relationships
        Chief Engineer for coordination on SMEs’ interactive interference with DW and its improvement
        Data Collection Centre manager
Environmental/Physical Demands
        Some domestic business travel required
        Overseas training and study tour required
Other Requirements
        Graduated from reputable university or institute
        2 years working experience with global reputable company or organization
        Proven record of leadership
        English proficiency
        Under 28 years old
