| JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Title: Product Development Manager
 Reporting To: Chief Operation Officer
 Rank: M-D
 Pre-tax Salary: 14,360 (with 5 social security contributions, housing fund and supplementary medical insurance)

 Position Purpose
 Take responsibility on non-IT part (knowledge and rules) of the BI system of CMRRAS (Chinese Medical Record Retrieval and Analytic System), developing products by either localizing products or developing new products based on demands analysing report.
 
 Position Duties and Responsibilities
 •        Managing knowledge experts, either local Chinese or international, to localize the BI products by working closely with IT vender and headquarter product development team
 •        To be responsible for product development by working closely with local knowledge partner, Chief Engineer (IT vender) an headquarter product development team, and by identification and organizing proper resources, either internal or external, to complete the analytic reports and product development, monitor the progress of production, ensure the quality of the deliverables
 •        To plan, implement and evaluate the division work, prepare and submit the division work plan, budget quarterly and review report, to COO for approval, including capacity building program for the division, and attending international profession training, giving professional training to other staff, to assign division staff attending trainings benchmarked by the international standard
 •        To publish articles in international recognized professional publications, to attend international seminars
 •        Undertaking other tasks assigned
 Position Requirements
 Functional/Technical Skills
 •        Good knowledge in health care, in both China and developed countries
 •        Strong analytic skill and reports production capability
 •        Excellent Chinese and English writing and communication skill is a must
 Experience
 •        Proven working experience of minimum 3 years in a reputable consulting company, healthcare business intelligence company, or an academic research institutions, with a focus in relevant field
 Education/Vocational Training
 •        Master degree or above in relevant fields, economics (preferable health economics), public health, health care informatics, etc.
 •        Other vocational trainings, such as Project Management is a plus
 External Relationships
         External DW and BI vendors
         Health care and health insurance experts
         Local offices of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security
 Internal Relationships
         Chief Engineer for transferring knowledge solutions into informatics and BI products
         Marketing and Sales demands analyst
 Environmental/Physical Demands
         Some domestic business travel required
         Some international travel and training required
 Other Requirements
         Graduated from reputable university or institute
         2 years working experience with global reputable company or organization
         Proven record of leadership
         English proficiency
         Under 28 years old
