</p><p>CERNER公司作为世界上最大的一家HIS制造企业，在公司成立的20年中，不断完善HIS的产品和系列，形成“健康网络工程世纪健康平台”这个有30多个产品系列的医疗系统的健康平台。而近一年来，该公司在HIS市场在美国疲软的情况下，销售业绩扶摇直上，在美国成为HIS制造业的领头羊。本文重点在于介绍平台的主要的功能和介绍该公司最近在业务上的发展动向，为我公司的HIS设计和发展起参考作用。一，产品整体介绍 Cerner Corporation在临床系统方面的研究持续了20年 现在公司最重要的产品是“健康网络工程千年平台” Health Network Architecture (HNA) 3，CERNER产品的发展方向认为，将来个人（指的是有知识的群体）将会越来越多的介入到自己的健康保健中，由于人们的疾病越来越多的是由于精神和生活方式引起，所以让个体参与自我的保健，不仅可以达到更加个体化的手段，而且可以节省大量的费用。所以CERNER建立了个人的病历资料中心，包括自己的生活起居的事件和医疗过程中的诊断和治疗记录两个部分。这样可以让自己和医生都能够在最大限度上的了解病人以前的情况，从而为更加准确和个性化的诊断，治疗打下基础。同时这些治疗的记录无疑将指导病人个体的医疗消费导向，所以将是一笔无形的巨大的财富。 Information Services Inc.是CERNER的一家子公司，它的工作是收集各种药物的信息和深层次的使用等重要的内容，作为对临床辅助决策系统的一个数据库资源，并且提供给医师和消费者。最近，CERNER 和 Virtmed (<a href="http://www.virtmed.com)" target="_blank"><a
