TempusOne Interfacing Module is a high performance integration program used to allow intimate coordination between Tempus Software products and other applications across the enterprise.
TempusOne Interfacing Module is a Microsoft Windows NT application that runs on the Tempus Application Server with the addition of a modem and software for remote configuration and support. This server acts as an integration gateway that sits between your Hospital Information Management System (HIS) and the Tempus database server. This allows high-speed transaction performance and reliability.
The interface module workstation uses TCP/IP to integrate into the facility environment, and is usually connected to an existing integration engine such as DataGate or any other engine that supports TCP/IP. Once connected, the system uses the Health Level 7 communications standard to send and receive information to and from your HIS. TempusOne&amp;auml" Interfacing Module supports version 2.1, 2.2, or 2.3 of the HL7 standard.
