第3章Requirements Analysis and Documentation的目的是：“The processes encourage requirement specification developers to focus on the underlying healthcare information requirements before mapping into the HL7 static reference models (e.g. Reference Information Model.)”。
所以第3章的Domain Analysis Model (DAM)不涉及到RIM。
RIM是在第4章Specification Design, Analysis, and Harmonization以后才用到的，A Design Information Model (DIM) is derived from the Reference Information Model (RIM).

楼主各位同行你们好.小弟也是在做医療系统的开发,现在做HL7有点问题想问问各位高.我是用C#开发的,我自信技术应该是没有问题,我实现的方法是用READSCHEMA来读取SCHEMA文件的描述结构,再用SQL SERVER对这个结构进行填充,最后再用DATASET写成XML,不过读取政府提供的SCHEMA文件的时候总是出错.希望楼主及各位高手给点指点.如果需要更详细的内容我会把SOURCE和SCHEMA发上来的.
