"生物医学知识整合论(BMKI)"研究进展

如果说BMKI的早期研究注重其理论框架和科学-哲学层次的探讨,那么近年来的探索已进到其核心技术和方法学的探讨,国际刊物发表的代表性文献有:

     生物医学知识整合论(BMKI)反思了分子生物医学传统的占统治地位的还原论哲学引导的“解析又解析”的方法学的局限性,
提出了“复合又复合”的整合论新探索。不难理解,BMKI将大力借助于系统学,信息学,力学和数学等的发展成果,因此可看
作分子生物医学的带有交缘科学意义的新探索。
     BMKI最初探索性论文的发表和专著《生物医学知识整合论》的出版(2010年,浙江大学出版社)至今已走过20多个年头。
坎坷崎岖的探索之路的艰辛不难想象。
     最近在国际刊物上发表的关于BMKI的文章(见上面内容)提出了“广义分子生物医学力学“概念,最新研究又进一步提出
”广义循环动力学“理论新探索。
      BMKI深受我国著名的系统学家吴学谋教授开创的《泛系理论》的影响。最近惊闻吴学谋教授因新冠感染导致的并发症而
于2月18日辞世。作为学生我希望借此机会对吴教授作沉痛悼念。并决定把“广义循环动力学”理论命名为“泛循环动力学“理论
(the theory of Pan-circle Dynamics, PCD),作为纪念.  
   上图是关于众所周知的女性生殖周期的激素循环的工程化尝试,是这一探索的最初步的结果。

名词解释:激素分泌的脉动性
激素分泌的脉动性(the pulsatility of hormone releasing)
研究发现有些激素例如下丘脑分泌的性腺激素释放激素(GnRH,the gonadotropin-releasing hormone)是以律动或脉动的方式进行,而且这种脉动性的差异有重要的生理意义。GnRH分泌的脉动性形成的一个重要机制是GnRH基因的表达是间隙性的。

生物医学知识整合论(BMKI)的一个重要意义是分析并试图探讨弥补当前分子生物学的基本力学和数学的匮乏。

物数学是《生物医学知识整合论》(<The Theory of Biomedical Knowledge Integration>, BMKI)一书(见参考文献)首次提出的一个与“知识力学”相关的概念,该书讨论了其哲学-科学本质以及与物数学相关的概念如傅立叶变换,小波分析,一致性平均,数字减影血管造影,遗传算法, ……
    物数学是BMKI及其诱导而生的“广义生物力学”(The Generalized Biology Mechanics)的哲学-科学的核心概念,是后者的基本表达语言和运算策略,与经典数学(它以“无长无宽无高”的点及其运动为起点)和经典力学(它以“只有质量没有体积“的质点及其运动为起点)不同, 物数学以“有体积有形状的物理对象及其抽象”为起点。
     笔者最近的对物数学的探讨正在进一步深入。

When I was browsing the information on researchgate, I found your paper "Generalized Biomechanics and Molecular Biomedicine (BMKI) and SARS-CoV-2", so I have questions in this regard that I need to ask you. My question is: From the perspective of molecular biomedicine, what are the key features of the viral structure and replication mechanism of SARS-CoV-2?

Dear ......,

I think this is really a big and important question. As I understand, for a type of pathogenic virus, the features of its structure that medicine concerns about most are those relating to its toxicity or pathogenicity, mortality, and epidemicity(higher or lower). But given the fact that this pandemic ended sudden or in a way without clear reason, I would say frankly that your question seems no answer, yet. And I should say this is just the target my BMKI is working hard for.

  I should say the last answer has its meaning perhaps only under a sense of the BMKI.
   Whereas according to the traditional sense, the scientists have found really some  interesting features of the virus structure being meaningful for handling COVID-19. For example, the S-Protein of the virus and its “receptor-binding domain” (RBD) are key features for the virus entering the host cell and keeping the life circle of the virus in the host body. Thus, it is considered as a target for developing vaccine and drugs.
   The difference is that BMKI expect to operate the molecular biomedical knowledge based on the whole or dynamic structural pictures not only on some local point of a complex structure. The purposes are to check the specifity and stability, to reduce the side-effects and keep the effectiveness of the therapy.
     The Informatics will change the molecule bio- medicine radically. It is expected that many young scholars will  make their own contributions to the new area.
