刚下课,在回来的出租车里。

资料嘛,没要,因为讲的道理很浅显,不必索要。想知道的话不如查一下她举的几个例子的原始文献,如用F1赛车的道理改造医疗服务流程。

感受:
1. 牛人就是牛人,浅显的道理只要牛人说出来,就不一样了。如果是用英语说出来,那就更不一样了。如果是有名公司的老外牛人说出来那就更更不一样了。
insight: 用英语,挂个名公司的牌子,那简单的道理都很让人信服,呵呵。开玩笑

2.他们这些知识的落地不是几个ppt就能搞懂的。的确有几个看起来很浅显易懂的片子,我看来里面每个细节都是经过仔细推敲的。国内的布道者呢,不要只学了皮毛,照着字念。这远远不够,要认真理解图标以下的含义,讲起来才有insght啊。
