Event P01,原译为“事件码　P01”，是否可为“事件　P01”后面的“the P01 Event ”也可译为“P01　事件”
The patient accounting message set provides for the entry and manipulation of information on billing accounts, charges, payments, adjustments, insurance, and other related patient billing and accounts receivable information.
我译为：
患者账户消息集提供了账单记录，费用，支付，调整，保险及其它相关的患者账单及应收账款信息的登录和操作。
其中有几个财务上的专业术语，，如account等，如我这样翻译可否？
National Uniform Billing Field Specifications，　国家统一单证规范？

患者帐户消息集的设置为填制帐单，收取费用，支付款项，进行有关调整，处理保险事项，进行其他相关的患者帐务记录，以及提供应收帐款信息等操作提供了帮助。

还不是很理想，我暂时译为：
患者账户消息集规定了账单记录，费用，支付，调整，保险及其它相关的患者账单及应收账款信息的登录和操作。

我译为：与相关医嘱一起记入财务处理明细的应用实例。
related Order原译为：医疗费用清单。

“登录”，不如翻译成“录入”
“患者帐户消息集”可以考虑翻译成“患者帐务消息集”，主要看前后统一！
如果在“费用，支付，调整，保险”等词汇中加入“单”，可能效果更佳，更符合国人习惯！
例如：交费单、支付单、调整单、保险单等，与后面的其他单据呼应！

另，原文中有无的逗号和顿号之分？那样可能更能加深理解

为一个信息单元，Visit一词要统一翻译成“就诊”，不要“访问”；

“Additional Demographics 附加的人口统计学信息”的译法请再考虑，所谓Demographics实际上指一般的信息，如年龄，性别，职业，教育程度，籍贯，...词典上往往解释“Demographics”为“人口统计学信息”。我以前也遇到过，总觉得不顺，因为病历上的一般的信息显然不是主要用在“人口统计”上。是否可考虑译为“一般信息”或“一般统计信息”。

“Universal Bill Information 通用账单信息”这样译法似乎指信息的共享性，是否可能指“综合账单信息”？请根据语境再推敲。

patient level primary care providers，
insurance level primary care providers。不知怎么译好？
附The ROL segment is optionally included after the PD1 to transmit information for patient level primary care providers, after the PV2 for additional information on the physicians whose information is sent there (i.e. Attending Doctor, Referring Doctor, Consulting Doctor), and within the insurance construct to transmit information for insurance level primary care providers.
