从Nash的搏弈论、Thorm的突变论和Prigogine的耗散结构论开始,通过混沌Chaos理论和神经网络ANN的成熟,复杂性Complexity科学在计算机的帮助下,有了快速的增长--
面对复杂、不平稳、非线性、不可逆的真实自然,计算机已经开始成为“认识”自然的助手,而非仅仅局限于原先的“解决”已经工程化的问题,这里,正是各位MI人士的优势所在,即如何通过计算机帮助医生“认识”人的活体机能并模拟一些诊疗对策可能产生的预后!
这里的基本前提就是,人体是复杂系统,医生对于每个疾病提出的对策总是不完备的,在医生和病魔搏弈双方的对策空间内,即便能提出最/次优对策,但是一点点人体或外界的扰动(如早餐多吃了点或心情变坏了点)都会导致整个对策空间的迁移,而使得原先的最/次优对策可能变为不优对策--即所谓的蝴蝶效应。
